Heating. As in 'no heating when you need it', so contrary to what is being said it certainly isn't 23C in the rooms. Barely 18. Tried calling on WhatsApp and by phone, no answer. Also at least 2 pans would be nice, as well as a colander. Some salt.

Great location, 5 mins walk to train station and Hyde Park. Halal and supermarket nearby. Well-equipped apartment with kitchen and washer/dryer. Family-friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the tube station, Paddington, and Hyde Park. The room is fairly quiet and has central heating, as well as coffee/tea making equipment.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions on foot. The area was clean and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel had keyless entry, which was convenient and hassle-free. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with a refreshing use of dark colors. It felt cozy and inviting. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and it provided enough space for two adults. The customer service was exceptional, as they allowed us to check in early and even provided us with an extra bed without any additional charge. we were very pleased with the hotel facilities, the helpful staff, and the convenient location.

Enjoyed the lovely city views through the soundproof windows while dining on the cozy sofa with free WiFi. The washing machine was a lifesaver!

My stay at Thames Residences Hyde Park was excellent! The communication with the staff was exceptional, and they were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The location of the residence was perfect, with convenient access to Paddington station, Hyde Park, and Regent's Park. Supermarkets were also just around the corner. The apartment itself was spacious and provided all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, hair dryer, towels, and cutlery. I was particularly impressed with the powerful water pressure in the shower. Plus, the kind gesture of allowing me to keep my luggage in the room until departure time was greatly appreciated. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this residence.

Drawbacks: The only downside was that the fire alarm battery was low and caused some disturbance during the night, but the issue was eventually resolved.

The sofa bed and regular bed may not be very comfortable for longer stays.
